How much is this going to cost us?
There are both photo & video options available. Photo elopements start at $1,650, and full-day coverage starts at $2,500. Cinematic highlight videos start at $2,000 For more info on all pricing & packaging options please reach out via the contact form!
We don’t want a cinematic highlight video - do you capture videos of just the ceremony & reception?
Yes! I offer what’s called a multi-camera-edit which is basically a video of your ceremony & reception’s main events. If someone were to miss your wedding day, they’d be able to sit down and watch this video, and feel what it was like to be at your wedding. You can see a sample of that here. Please inquire about pricing for these services.
How long after the wedding will it take for us to receive the photos & video(s)?
The contracted delivery time for all products is 12 weeks after the wedding, but in most cases final galleries are delivered before the 12 week mark.
Will we get a sneak peek of our photos and/or video after the wedding?
Yes! You’ll get a sneak peek of your photos for free within the first week after your wedding day! If you want a teaser of your highlight video, you can purchase a 1 minute instagram teaser add-on. Ask for more details!
Do we get to choose the music for our highlight video?
Sorry, but no :/ The music is the driving force behind the my style & creative process as a whole, so it is better to let the our team choose music that suits your wedding day footage. In order for the video team to do what they do best, we ask that you leave the entire creative process in their hands.
Will we get a copy of the raw photo & video files after the wedding?
You can! Raw photo & video files can be purchased as an add-on to your package up to 90 days after the wedding!
Do you take shot lists or photo/video capture requests?
I will gladly take requests of shots our couples would like, but I will not guarantee the capturing of any specific moments, shots or types of photos. Weddings can be somewhat chaotic, and as a result it is not possible to remember every photo/video request our couples make the day of. I will make every reasonable effort to do satisfy my couples by trying to accommodate all requests, but at the end of the day I would hate to make promises I can’t keep.
How many photographers will be present on our wedding day?
This depends! If you feel you want a 2nd photographer present you are more than welcome to add that on. 60% of couples opt for a package that includes just 1 photographer (Seth), but that’s vastly contingent upon the size of the wedding & the nature of the timeline. If you are getting ready in 2 separate locations, and want coverage of BOTH parties getting ready, then you will need to hire a 2nd photographer. For video weddings, we STRONGLY recommend you choose a package with 2 videographers, or at least add a 2nd videographer to your package if it does not come with 2.
Are you willing to travel?
Yes! On a case-by-case basis. There are no travel fees for weddings based in DC/Baltimore, but there is a travel fee for anything outside of a 60 mile radius of DC. Ask for more details.
How do we book you & what is your payment structure?
Booking is super simple. To hold the date, you’ll need to sign a contract and pay a non-refundable booking fee (included in the cost of your package). The booking fee ranges anywhere from $800 - $1,000 depending on your package. Once both the contract and booking fee have been received, the wedding date is yours! The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the wedding; you can pay as much or as little as you’d prior to the 7 day mark - easy!
